காமம் என்கிறது ஒரு எதிரி. சீவன் ராஜா போல. சரீரம் என்கிறது தேசம் போல. மனசு, புத்தி இந்திரியங்கள் என அவன் கீழ் ஒத்தருக்கு ஒத்தர் கீழ் வேலைக்காரர்கள். இந்திரியங்கள் பிரதேசம் போல. மனசு மேலே உள்ள சேனாபதி. புத்தி அதுக்கு மேலே உள்ள மந்திரி. ராஜாவா சீவன்.   ஒரு தேசத்தை கைபத்தனும்மா மெள்ள உள்ளே வர இன்னொரு தேசம் போல,  காமம் கண் காது போன்ற இந்திரியங்களை சுவாதீனப்படுத்திக்கொண்டு ஒவ்வொவொன்னா ஆக்கிரமிக்கும். இந்திரியங்கள் வழியா மத்ததை ஆக்கிரமிக்கும். முதல்ல மந்திரியையோ சேனாதிபதியையோ கைல போட்டுக்கிற போது எல்லாரும் சேந்து அப்புறம் ராஜவை கவுக்கிறா மாதிரி, மந்திரி சேனாதிபதி போன்ற மனசையும் புத்தியையும் சுவாதீனப்படுத்தினா ராஜாவை கவுத்துடலாம். ராஜா எப்படி மந்திரி சேனாதிபதியை தன் பக்கம் வெச்சு இருக்கிற வரை தன் பிரதேசத்தை மத்தவங்க ஆக்கிரமிக்கவிடாம தடுக்க முடியுமோ அப்படி சீவன் மனசையும் புத்தியையும் தன் வசம் வைத்து இருந்தா, காமம் இந்திரியங்களை பிடிக்காம தடுத்துடலாம்.  ஆனா சாதாரணமா சீவன் அப்படி மனசையும் புத்தியையும் வெச்சுக்கலியே? அவங்க துரோகியா இல்ல இருக்காங்க! அப்ப ஒண்ணு தன் பலத்தை நினைத்து நம் தயவு இல்லாம இவை வேலை செய்ய முடியாதுன்னு புரிஞ்சு அவற்றை அடக்கணும். தன்னை அல்பமா நினைக்கக்கூடாது. முயற்சியை அதிகப்படுத்தி அவங்களை வசப்படுத்தணும் அல்லது தன்னைவிட கூடுதல் பலத்தை வேண்டணும். அது பகவான்தான்.

உறுதியா நிக்கிற புத்தி என்ன சொல்லுகிறதோ அப்படிதான் மனசும் கேக்கும். புத்தியைவிட வலுவா இருக்கிறது ஆத்மாதான். இதை புரிஞ்சு கொண்டு புத்தியால மனசை ஜெயிக்கணும். அப்படி செஞ்சா காமம் காணாமல் போயிடும்.

அனாதி காலமா செய்து வருகிறவை எல்லாம் வாசனைகள். இவை சின்ன விதை மாதிரி. அவை ரஜோ குணம் என்கிற தண்ணி ஊத்தறதால காமம் என்கிறதா முளைக்கும். காமம் இந்திரியங்கள், மனம், புத்தி மூணையும் வசப்படுத்துறதால ஆத்ம விஷயத்தை மறைக்கும். அதில ஈடுபடாமல் மனசுக்கும் புத்திக்கும் தப்பான வழியை காட்டும்.

இதை ஜெயிக்க காமத்தோட வேலையாளுங்களுக்கு வேற வேலை கொடுக்கணும். அதாவது இந்திரியங்கள், மனசு, புத்தி இவைகளுக்கு வேற வேலை தரணும். இதுதான் கர்ம வழி.

 உணவை கட்டுப்படுத்தி ரஜோ குணத்தை குறைக்கணும். விருப்பு வெறுப்பு குறையும். அப்ப காமத்துக்கு தண்ணி ஊத்த ஆள் இல்லாம போயிடும். அப்ப வாசனைகள் முளை விடறதை தடுக்கலாம்.

பகவானையும் வேண்டிக்கணும். அப்ப அவர் நம்மோட இருக்கிற காமத்தை தொலைப்பார். காமம் இல்லைனா பாவம் பண்ண மாட்டோம். பாவம் இல்லைனா வாசனை போயிடும். இப்படி 3-4 வழில ஜெயிச்சுடலாம்.

பள்ளியில் ஆசிரியருக்கும் மாணவனுக்கும்

பள்ளி என்ற அமைப்புக்கும் இத்தகைய குருகுலங்களுக்கும் என்ன வேறுபாடு? முக்கியமான வேறுபாடு ஒன்றுதான் பள்ளியில் பாடம் உள்ளது ஆசிரியர் இல்லை. ஆசிரியர் அங்கு அப்பாடத்தை ஒலிக்கும் குரல்மட்டுமே. பள்ளியில் ஆசிரியருக்கும் மாணவனுக்கும் இடையே தனிப்பட்ட உறவே இல்லை. ஆசிரியர் மாணவனுக்கு ஒரு குரல். மாணவன் ஆசிரியருக்கு ஒரு முகம் அல்லது எண். ஆகவேதான் பெரும்பாலும் மாணவர்களை ஆசிரியர்கள் நினைவுவைத்துக் கொள்வதேயில்லை. ஆசிரியர்களை மாணவர்கள் நக்கலாகவே எண்ணிக் கொள்கிறார்கள். ஒருவரோடொருவர் கொள்ளும் இந்த உதாசீனத்தின் வடிவமாக அங்கே கல்வி உள்ளது. கல்வி அங்கே அவர்களை விலக்கும் , ஒருவரிடமிருந்து ஒருவரை மறைக்கும் ஊடுதிரையாக உள்ளது. நமது கணித ஆசிரியரை நம்மிடமிருந்து மறைப்பது அவர் நமக்குக்கற்பிக்கும் கணிதமே.

1. Blink Often:

When looking at a computer or hand-held digital device, it’s common for you to blink two to three times less than you normally would. This can lead to "dry eye." Blinking bathes your eyes in tears, and tears are naturally therapeutic for the eyes.

 2. The 20/20/20 Rule:

When spending long periods in front of a digital device, every 20 minutes, spend 20 seconds looking at something 20 feet away to allow your eyes to rest.

3. Ensure Proper Lighting:

To help ease the strain on your eyes, keep bright lighting overhead to a minimum and position your desk lamp to shine on your desk, and not at you. Position your computer screen in a way that reduces reflections and glare from windows or overhead lights.

4. Location of computer screen:

Optimally, the computer screen should be 15 to 20 degrees below eye level (about 4 or 5 inches) as measured from the centre of the screen and 20 to 28 inches from the eyes.
